Learn About the Program
The Altadena Community Preservation Fund (ACPF) was established through a collaboration between BET, NAACP, JSSK, and WME, alongside Altadena community organizations—including Community Aid Dena, Altadena Heritage, Altadena Historical Society, and Walk Good LA.
ACPF provides a one-time financial assistance payment of $15,000 to eligible homeowners displaced by the 2025 Eaton Fire.
The Fund’s goal is to give the Altadena community support that allows long-time homeowners to return to their neighborhoods and helps prevent families from being forced to sell their properties or become victims of economic exploitation. By offering bridge funding for both immediate and mid-term needs, the fund empowers recipients to recover on their own terms.
